Your Responsibilities

  • Content planning & execution: Proactively plan, coordinate, and publish content with cross-functional teams. Own case studies, blog posts, and social channels—ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Growth campaigns: Design and run integrated campaigns across Paid (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM) and Organic (SEO, content, social, lead magnets).
  • Funnel building & optimization: Build and refine journeys (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) that convert awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Automation & AI-driven optimization: Use automation and AI to streamline workflows, support ideation, editing, and optimization, and amplify overall marketing impact and output.
  • Experiment, test & iterate: Continuously run experiments—from landing-page A/B tests to email workflows and funnel enhancements—and apply learnings quickly.
  • Own the brand experience: Sharpen positioning and messaging, and ensure consistent execution across every channel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on B2B marketing experience in SaaS, digital-agency, or web-solution environment (ideally CMS, Salesforce or WordPress services).
  • Excellent spoken English: C1–C2 level; able to confidently lead client calls, present strategy, and negotiate scope with clear, idiomatic communication.
  • Content strategy & execution: Architect a differentiated brand strategy (positioning, messaging, visual guardrails) and drive its rollout across all channels. Plan forward-looking content, develop case studies, handle proofreading and implementation, and personally create, QA, and publish blog articles, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Enterprise lead generation: Proven track record building large-account funnels (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) via paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM platforms) and organic channels (SEO, content, lead magnets, social; AI-assisted).
  • Data-driven growth mindset: Comfortable building KPI dashboards, defining and tracking CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, and ROI, and iterating growth experiments.
  • Hands-on operator: Able to plan campaigns and execute—copywriting, email/lifecycle workflows, landing-page A/B tests, and more.
  • Leadership readiness: Prior people-management experience or clear ambition to coach and eventually lead a 3–5 person team.
  • MarTech fluency: HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, CMS editors; basic HTML/CSS.
  • Remote work discipline: Self-organized, excellent asynchronous communicator; comfortable in distributed teams across time zones.
  • Curiosity & experimentation: Eager to test new trends and AI innovations to run smarter campaigns and drive results.
  • Growth mindset: Positive, “yes-we-can” attitude; love to experiment and learn fast; thrive in a collaborative environment where challenges spark creative solutions and wins are celebrated together.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem: Experience marketing WordPress/WooCommerce products or complex web/software initiatives (e.g., multisite, headless architectures, custom integrations) is a strong plus.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, Pragmatic Marketing, OpenAI Academy, or comparable credentials.
