Section 5 – Marketing

Marketing includes tools you can use to increase your store’s sales and strengthen customer loyalty. In this section, you can manage your campaigns with methods such as creating coupons and Facebook integration.

5.1 – Coupons

Coupons are used to offer your customers discounts or special deals.

  1. In the left management menu, click on Marketing > Coupons.
  2. A list of all existing coupons will appear.

In this list, you will see the following information:

  • Code: The code that will be used in the system. Customers enter this code during checkout to receive the discount.
  • Coupon Type: Shows how the coupon applies the discount. For example:
    • Fixed Product Discount: Applies a fixed discount to specific product(s).
    • Fixed Cart Discount: Applies a fixed discount on the entire cart total.
    • Percentage Discount: Applies a percentage-based discount at the specified rate.
  • Coupon Amount: The discount amount provided by the coupon. For example, if it says 100, it means a 100₺ discount.
  • Description: The note or description about the coupon added by the administrator. (Usually left blank.)
  • Product IDs: If you want the coupon to be valid only for certain product(s), the ID numbers of those products will be listed here.
  • Usage / Limit: Shows how many times the coupon can be used.
    • If the “∞” symbol is present, it means unlimited use.
    • If a specific number is entered, the coupon becomes inactive once that number is reached.
