These settings are for advanced users. With Meta Fields, you can add custom meta content types and assign meta fields specific to content types. If you are not sure what you are doing, you should not use these settings.

• Import: Import field groups by uploading previously exported settings files.
• Export: Export existing field groups in JSON format.
