Tip
Pay attention to the file format and size limit during upload.

4.2.1 – Points to Consider When Uploading Files

File Size:

  • The sizes of the images you upload should not be too large. The maximum resolution you should use is 2560 pixels. If you upload more than this, it will be optimized so that the long side is 2560 px.
  • Instead of uploading images with unnecessarily large resolutions for the web, prepare files in sizes suitable for your needs.
  • In the upload area, you will see the warning “Maximum upload file size: 50 MB.” Remember that this is provided as a maximum and that this size is very large.

Tip
Image files such as JPEG, JPG, and PNG that you upload are automatically optimized by our infrastructure and compressed without degrading image quality, but you should compress files such as PDF using online PDF compressors yourself. Thus, your PDFs will open faster. Click to compress PDF.)

File Format:

  • For images: .jpg, .png, .jpeg
  • For documents: .pdf, .docx, .xlsx
  • For video: .mp4 is recommended.

File Name:
Your file names should be correctly labeled according to where you will use them.
Example: Digital Marketing Trends, homepage banner 1, contact page first image, etc.

Copyright:
Pay attention to the copyrights of the images or videos you will use. Media used without permission may cause legal issues.

Proper Sizing:
Instead of uploading images with unnecessarily large resolutions for the web, prepare files in sizes suitable for your needs.
